Supported accommodation is designed to help people with a wide range of support needs to retain and develop their independence. People are supported in their own home, this can range from 24 hour support to short visits of floating support.

  • You can have a long term tenant. Often leases are 5,10 up to 20 years, so you can have guaranteed income without having to worry about voids.

  • Most leases cover wear and tear, maintenance and management of your property. This is as close to a hands of, residential property investment model as you can get.
